Facility use guidelines
Please ensure that when you leave the facility, the overhead door closes completely before you depart. This is especially important in winter when snow may accumulate on the threshold.
The hourly rate includes the option to use our pre-wash chemicals and car shampoo. More detailed information about these products can be found below. You may also use your own products instead of our pre-wash and shampoo chemicals. Our chemicals are wax-safe, but please ensure they are suitable for your car’s paint before use. If needed, please bring any additional chemicals yourself. We also provide shared washing mitts and drying cloths, but we recommend using your own tools to ensure there is no dirt or other substances that could cause scratches.
Our self-service facility also includes the company office, so we are available to provide guidance and advice for car cleaning when we are on-site. The hall is 100m², and we also perform car detailing work in the same space. If we are not on-site, you can always call us, and we will assist you with any questions.
The minimum reservation time is 1 hour (1h). This ensures you have enough time to clean and squeegee the floor.
Please read the following usage instructions before making a reservation or entering the facility. This ensures a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
**Note:** The facility rules are listed in full under the “Booking Terms” tab and are accepted during the booking process in the “Booking Terms” section.
The self-service facility uses a Vanderbilt smart lock.
Once you make a reservation, you will receive the door code via text message and email. The code works during your reservation period with the facility’s PIN code reader.
When you arrive, enter the code into the PIN code reader located on the left side of the overhead door. The door will begin to open. The door dimensions are: height 5m and width 4.40m. The door controls are located on the left side near the door, and the light switch is on the right side near the door.
Drive your car inside. **Note:** Stop the car immediately after entering, as the front area is reserved for washing the car. If another car is being worked on deeper inside, the front area is also used for other car care tasks. Close the overhead door using the door control.
– **Downwards:** The door closes.
– **Circle:** The door stops.
– **Upwards:** The door opens.
A sensor at the bottom of the door prevents it from hitting objects or people during closing. The facility allows two cars to work simultaneously: one in the wet area and another in the dry area. If no one else is in the space, you can move your car forward to the dry area for drying and final touches after washing. If another car is present, you will need to move your car outside while squeegeeing the floor.
Pressure washer instructions can be found on our website. The water tap is opened near the sink, and power is switched on for the pressure washer. The machine has a large red dial for adjusting pressure as needed. The foam lance and spray wand can be easily swapped using a quick connector. The foam lance is pre-set correctly, and at least one bottle is filled with pre-wash solution. After washing, the pressure washer hose does not need to be wound onto a reel; it can be left neatly coiled by the washer or hung on a rack.
The facility is equipped with professional-grade tools and equipment as listed on our website. Instructional videos for their use are also available online. The hourly rate includes professional-grade pre-wash solution (King Carthur Control Snow Foam for foam application) and car shampoos (Dodo Juice Born to Be Mild or Meguiar’s Detailer Hyper Wash). These products are wax-safe, but please ensure their compatibility with your car’s surfaces, especially for matte-finish or wrapped vehicles. Use of these products is at the customer’s own risk. You may also use your own products. Shared washing mitts and drying cloths are provided, but we recommend using your own to avoid any potential contamination or scratches.
During the reserved hour, you can wash 1–2 cars.
You can perform maintenance washes, deep cleans, waxing, polishing with your own tools, as well as interior cleaning, seat washing with a textile cleaner, tire changes, tire washing, and inflating. Please exercise caution while working. For tire changes, you can use your own jack or our professional-grade 3-ton Bahco jack, at your own risk. Note that the jack’s minimum starting height is 90mm.
New A-frame ladders are also available for use at your own risk.
The facility does not allow ozone treatments, sealing work, painting, grinding, welding, oil changes, or other major car maintenance tasks. These are detailed further in the “Booking Terms,” which must be accepted before payment.
Once you have completed all car care tasks, please return the equipment to its designated place. This helps maintain the facility’s cleanliness for everyone. For the floor: if there is significant dirt or detergent residue, please use the pressure washer. Foam lance: flush it with clean water using a spare bottle. Pressure washer: turn off the water supply, then, while the machine is still powered on, pull the trigger to release any remaining water. Afterward, turn off the power. Finally, squeegee the floor.
Turn off the lights and close the overhead door. **Note:** Ensure the overhead door closes fully. If there is snow on the threshold, use the broom provided to remove it. If you are unable to close the door, please contact customer service, and we will come to close it.
Please avoid leaving the overhead door open unnecessarily. This is especially important in winter, as the facility temperature drops quickly.
Our facility is under camera surveillance to resolve issues and prevent misuse. Cameras are also part of ensuring everyone’s safety. We resolve any issues as necessary based on camera footage. This enables us to provide this service to you. Thank you!
